Appellant, Nancy Rodriguez, individually and on behalf of the estate of her adult son, Paul Broussard, appeals from a take-nothing summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, Mary Anne Spencer, who is the parent of a 17-year-old minor child implicated in Broussards death. In one point of error, Rodriguez argues that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment. We affirm.
